Leases with regional and national "junior anchor," "anchor" and "big box" retailers, including national discount chains, for spaces ranging from 10,000 to 80,000 square feet;
Numerous leases with national retailers typically located in regional mall settings, including many industry leaders in the fashion apparel, makeup and accessories sectors;
Ground leases in both new and existing shopping centers, including with bank and restaurant tenants; and
Numerous leases with national, regional and local food users (including sit-down, fast food and "quick serve" restaurants) and other niche retail tenants, including dry cleaners and dentists/doctors.
