Leah S. Strickland | Associate
Leah Strickland is an associate in the firm's litigation practice group. Her practice focuses on business litigation, intellectual property disputes, and securities litigation. She advises individuals and businesses in resolving disputes prior to the commencement of litigation, and represents clients after litigation has begun in both federal and state court actions.
Leah was born in Walnut Creek, California, and received her undergraduate degree with high honors and departmental honors from the University of Texas at Austin in 2000. She received her JD in 2007 from the College of William & Mary, where she was a member of the William & Mary Law Review, was awarded the merit-based Graduate Research Fellowship, and graduated in the top 3 percent of her class.
Leah is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association Legal Ethics Committee, and is the 2012 co-chair of the San Diego County Bar Association's Intellectual Property Section.
