Will represents clients in all types of business transactions, from company formation and funding, through various commercial transactions and operational issues, to mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Will's scientific background serves him particularly well in transactions driven by intellectual property. Will graduated summa cum laude from Texas A&M University, where he was admitted as a member of Phi Beta Kappa, majoring in Microbiology. Will graduated cum laude from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he was admitted as a member of the Order of the Coif. He is admitted to the State Bar of California and licensed to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
