Yosina M. Lissebeck | Associate
“The relationship I have with my clients is very important to me. I take the time to listen to them so that I understand their issues and concerns. My pro-active approach allows me to provide sound advice and be a strong advocate.”
Yosina Lissebeck represents clients in bankruptcy and business litigation matters. Her practice focuses on representing bankruptcy trustees and creditors, but she assists both individuals and businesses in a variety of ways. Yosina's knowledge of bankruptcy and insolvency law allows her to advise her clients on many issues arising in both state and federal courts.
A California native, Yosina earned a degree in political science at the University of California, Santa Barbara and then attended San Diego's California Western School of Law and served as an extern for the Honorable Bankruptcy Judge Louise DeCarl Adler. Yosina spends her free time with her family and is active in the community as the president of Safe Kids San Diego, whose lead agent is Rady Children's Hospital. Through that organization she advocates and educates the community on how to prevent the accidental injury and death of children.
