Ms. Green has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financing of casinos, hotels, industrial, retail, office, multi-family and other commercial properties.  Ms. Green also represents clients with respect to land use and other regulatory matters relating to real estate development.  She has a strong background in corporate and other business matters.  Ms. Green has served as regional counsel to a public home builder and general counsel to a privately held conglomeration of companies consisting of homebuilding, mining and agribusiness.  Her depth of experience allows her to diligently and efficiently achieve client’s objectives.

  • Represented borrower in the leasing and construction financing for a mixed use hotel and retail project located on the Port of San Diego’s real property
  • Represented a private mining company in acquiring and leasing thousands of acres of real property for its mining operations
  • Represented landlord in multiple leases of retail space of shopping centers throughout the United States
  • Represented a private international school in a long-term ground lease of property on Native American lands
  • Represented an industrial REIT in its acquisition of multiple properties throughout California, including negotiating and drafting build to suit agreements
  • Represented borrowers in various financings and preparing third party opinion letters
  • Represented borrower in $32 Billion Dollar CMBS, revolver and mezzanine financings in connection with a public to private transaction
  • Represented client in an $8 Billion Dollar public to private transaction, including CMBS, mezzanine and revolver financings
  • Represented sellers and buyers in the acquisition and disposition of multiple casino and hotel properties
  • Negotiated and prepared corporate documents and addressed ongoing business management matters
  • Worked on entitlement of real property for development of a mixed use project, including drafting master development agreements
