Mr. Scott is an attorney in the firm’s litigation practice group, where his practice focuses on complex commercial, business, and employment-related matters. Mr. Scott represents individuals, executives, and organizations across diverse sectors, including retail, biotechnology, and software. Mr. Scott also advises companies on critical employment issues such as personnel decisions, accommodation requests, and how to navigate discrimination and harassment claims.

Mr. Scott earned his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and his juris doctorate from Pennsylvania State University, graduating magna cum laude with concentrations in arbitration, mediation, and negotiation. During his law school career, Mr. Scott served as a community mediator, the Research Editor for the Penn State Law Review, and a judicial extern to the Honorable William I. Arbuckle III, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and to the Honorable Allison H. Goddard, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Southern District of California.

Before entering the legal field, Mr. Scott worked for Goldman Sachs & Co., a global financial services firm headquartered in New York City, NY.

In addition to his work as an attorney, Mr. Scott is an avid golfer and traveler.
