Mr. Scott is an attorney in the firm’s litigation practice group. His practice includes complex commercial, business, and labor-related matters. Mr. Scott represents individuals and businesses alike, including shareholders, corporate executives, and companies across the biotechnology, retail, and software industries.

Mr. Scott handles matters in both state and federal court, including breach of contract claims, securities fraud claims, and government investigations. He also advises companies on corporate governance and employment-related matters, including personnel decisions, employee accommodations, and internal investigations.

Mr. Scott earned his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and his juris doctorate from Pennsylvania State University, graduating magna cum laude with concentrations in arbitration, mediation, and negotiation. During his law school career, Mr. Scott also served as a community mediator, Research Editor for the Penn State Law Review, and a judicial extern to the Honorable William I. Arbuckle III, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the Honorable Allison H. Goddard, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Southern District of California.

Before entering the legal field, Adam also worked as a Human Resources advisor for a global financial services firm.
