Mr. Watkins is a corporate attorney in the firm’s transactional practice group. He has experience representing a variety of business entities at all stages of the business lifecycle from inception through dissolution. His practice involves counseling corporations, LLCs, and partnerships through a variety of business transactions, including, entity formations and dissolutions, debt and equity financing, private securities transactions, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, construction contracts, and secured transactions. His approach to the practice of law is to find creative legal solutions to fit each client’s specific business needs.

Mr. Watkins graduated cum laude from California State Polytechnic University Pomona, obtaining his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance, real estate, and law, and he graduated cum laude from California Western School of Law, obtaining his Juris Doctor with an emphasis in corporate and securities law. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Watkins managed franchised retail businesses in various regions of the United States.
