Carter E. Watkins | Attorney
Mr. Watkins is an attorney in the firm’s corporate transactional practice group. He has experience representing a variety of business entities at all stages of the business lifecycle from inception through dissolution. His practice involves counseling businesses through a variety of transactions, including, debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, private securities offerings, and commercial transactions.
He graduated cum laude from California State Polytechnic University Pomona, obtaining his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance, real estate, and law, and he graduated cum laude from California Western School of Law, obtaining his Juris Doctor with an emphasis in corporate and securities law. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Watkins managed franchised retail businesses in various regions of the United States.
