Profile

Elmira Yousufi represents clients in complex disputes and litigation matters. She has extensive experience managing cases through all stages of litigation, including investigations, legal research, motion practice, negotiations, hearings, and trial preparation. Her practice is informed by substantial courtroom experience and a practical approach to problem solving.

Ms. Yousufi received her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law, where she was inducted into the Order of the Barristers. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, cum laude, from the University of California, Irvine. Ms. Yousufi is a member of the State Bar of California and is fluent in Farsi/Dari.
