Mr. Shakoori is an attorney in the firm’s litigation practice group. His practice includes shareholder and partnership disputes, insolvency litigation, and class action defense, with a special focus on employment law and business litigation. He also has experience defending businesses against claims of unfair or unlawful business practices and claims under the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Mr. Shakoori graduated from San Diego University with a degree in economics and earned his law degree at California Western School of Law where he graduated with a concentration in Business Law with Honors. Recently, Mr. Shakoori was honored with the Outstanding New Attorney Award presented by the San Diego Defense Lawyers.
