Mr. Abramson is a business lawyer whose practice focuses on providing legal services to entrepreneurs, family offices and businesses. He represents clients in virtually every industry and his clients include some of our region’s most extraordinary companies and individuals. His approach is driven by an intense commitment to help his clients achieve their objectives and potential by serving as a trusted advisor and advocate. He has helped many clients through full “life cycle” from formation through exit, and routinely assists clients to assert their rights, protect their interests and resolve their disputes. Mr. Abramson served two terms as the Chair of Solomon Ward’s Transactional Department and currently serves on its Management Committee. He is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of San Diego School of Law.
