Mr. Breslauer assists clients navigating the complexities of restructuring and reorganization. He represents business entities of all sizes, and has provided expertise in a variety of fields, including real estate development, mining, retail and agribusiness. His experience with Chapter 11 bankruptcies and out-of-court restructurings on both the debtor and creditor side helps him handle business disputes for clients facing a wide range of financial challenges. Mr. Breslauer received his undergraduate degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin and is an honors graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law.
