Profile

Rodrigo is a business attorney that advises and represents companies, investors, and entrepreneurs in real estate, corporate and construction matters. His real estate practice focuses on a broad range of commercial transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, construction, financing and joint ventures. On the corporate side, he counsels clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, private equity and strategic transactions. He represents clients in a number of different industries guiding them from initial deal structuring through closing and then operations.

Known for his deep-rooted work ethic, Rodrigo prides himself on highly responsive, detail-oriented client service. Rodrigo works closely with clients to understand their goals and craft tailored solutions. In doing so, he takes a practical and business minded approach to the practice of law and seeks to obtain the best results for his clients while maintaining focus on the business and real world issues at hand.

Rodrigo is a native of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona. He is a member of the State Bar of California and the San Diego County Bar Association.
