Sean Doucet is an attorney in the firm’s Business and Corporate Law Department, where his practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and contracts. He has experience representing businesses in various industries in all stages of the business lifecycle.

Prior to joining the firm, he practiced business and corporate law in California and Massachusetts and securities litigation in New York. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law, where he completed a concentration in Business & Commercial Law. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire, where he also minored in Sports Studies and served as a manager of the Division I men’s hockey team.
