Solomon Ward Seidenwurm & Smith, LLP announced that Jing Y. Li was promoted to partner, effective July 1, 2024. An employment and business litigator, Li defends California employers against discrimination and sexual harassment claims and in wage and hour disputes. He handles class actions, Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) cases and other labor and employment litigation issues. He also has real estate experience, including unlawful detainers, leasing issues and commercial and residential property management. Li received his law degree from California Western School of Law and his bachelor’s degree from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. He is fluent in Mandarin.
