Presented by Law.com and The Recorder, the California Legal Awards recognize lawyers, law firms, and legal departments that have demonstrated exceptional leadership, innovation, and impact across the state. Honorees will be recognized at an awards ceremony next month.
Patrick leads the firm’s transactional practice, advising clients on complex and high-value matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, and strategic corporate transactions. Over the past year, his work has included multiple eight-figure transactions, acquisitions, and recapitalizations across industries such as technology, construction, energy, and financial services. His practice reflects a level of breadth and sophistication typically associated with significantly larger platforms, while maintaining a practical, client-focused approach. In addition to his client work, Patrick chairs the firm’s AI Committee, where he has led the development of policies guiding the responsible adoption of emerging technologies. He also spearheaded the firm’s website redesign launched in early 2026.
