Solomon Ward expands family law practice

The San Diego law firm Solomon Ward Seidenwurm & Smith LLP has added Amanda L. Harris and Angela A. Woolard to the firm’s family law practice.

“We are thrilled to welcome Amanda and Angela to Solomon Ward,” said Michael Breslauer, Solomon Ward’s managing partner. “Their significant family law expertise will enhance the firm’s existing family law practice, and their presence adds depth and value to benefit our clients.”

Harris, who joins Solomon Ward as a partner, is  ertified as a family law specialist by the State Bar of California. Her practice focuses exclusively on family law matters with an emphasis on complex, high net-worth marital dissolutions. Prior to joining Solomon Ward, Harris was a partner at Seltzer Caplan McMahonVitek, where she represented executives of Fortune 500 companies, business owners, professional athletes, and celebrities and their spouses in complex marital dissolutions.

Harris received her J.D. from University of California, Hastings College of Law and a B.A. from the University of California, Davis.

Woolard joins Solomon Ward as an associate. Her practice focuses exclusively on family law matters, including assistance with dissolution of marriage proceedings and family law appeals, as well as  he preparation and negotiation of prenuptial and marital settlement agreements.

Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate at Seltzer Caplan.

Woolard received her J.D. from California Western School of Law and a B.A. from San Diego State University.
