Solomon Ward Names Mark Angert a Partner

Solomon Ward Seidenwurm & Smith LLP has announced Mark Angert was made a partner of the firm, effective at the beginning of 2015.

At Solomon Ward, Angert represents various clients in business disputes locally and abroad, ranging from breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty disputes to intentional interference claims and fraud.

“Mark has been an outstanding associate with our firm and his election to our partnership further strengthens our firm’s business litigation practice,” said Michael Breslauer, Solomon Ward’s managing partner.

Prior to his legal work, Angert worked for M&M International and led the development of its subsidiary, Golden Brazil. He helped make Golden Brazil, a coffee manufacturing and trading business, a multimillion dollar international success.

“This gives him a unique perspective, which he brings to aid our clients in both domestic and international disputes,” said Breslauer.
