The law firm Solomon Ward Seidenwurm & Smith LLP promoted Mei-Ying M. Imanaka to partner, effective July 1.

A member of the litigation practice group, Imanaka specializes in advising clients in business litigation, labor and employment, class and collective action, and unfair competition matters.

“Mei-Ying is an impressive attorney with extensive litigation skills,” Solomon Ward managing partner Stephen Schreiner said. “Her elevation to partner will further strengthen our firm, allowing us to continue to deliver outstanding results for our clients.”

Imanaka earned her law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of Law and is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association. While in law school, she was awarded the highest grade distinction for trial advocacy.
