Patrick Klingborg Recognized as a Lawyer on the Fast Track in The Recorder’s 2024 California Legal Awards

San Diego, CA, August 20, 2024 – Solomon Ward is proud to announce that partner, Patrick Klingborg, has been named a winner in the “Lawyers on a Fast Track (Under 40)” category for The Recorder and Law.com’s 2024 California Legal Awards. These prestigious awards recognize the remarkable achievements of lawyers and companies that are spearheading technology, innovation, and advancements in the legal profession.

Patrick, a partner in Solomon Ward’s Corporate Group, has made significant contributions to the legal community and his clients. With extensive experience in transactional work, Patrick provides guidance to clients in various areas, including business formation, venture financing, equity purchases, convertible notes, SAFEs, mergers and acquisitions, and major commercial transactions.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Patrick is committed to giving back to the community. He volunteers with the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program, offering free civil legal services to the most vulnerable members of San Diego, regardless of their economic status. Demonstrating his dedication to the next generation, Patrick and his wife have established a scholarship fund for local high school students, where he also provides formal mentoring in business and finance.

Patrick attended the University of San Diego School of Law and now serves as an adjunct professor, sharing his expertise and experience with future lawyers.
