Connor E. McGettigan is an associate attorney focused on helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of estate planning and administration. Whether working with a young family just beginning their journey or with high-net-worth clients with more sophisticated and complex needs, Connor brings a personalized, client-first approach to every matter. He believes no two clients are the same, and that effective planning starts with listening. Connor’s practice centers on the design and drafting of estate plans and the administration of trusts and estates. He works closely with clients to develop individually tailored solutions that reflect their goals, values, and long-term priorities. In his free time, Connor enjoys golfing, geocaching, building Legos, and cheering on his Arizona Diamondbacks.

Prior to joining SWSS, Connor gained experience representing taxpayers before the IRS in examination and penalty matters at a medium-sized public accounting firm, helping clients avoid over $5 million in additional taxes and penalties. He also worked at a boutique international tax law firm, where he developed a practical, problem-solving mindset.
