Ms. Zaidenberg focuses her practice on complex corporate restructuring, bankruptcy litigation, and commercial matters. Drawing on her background in science, Ms. Zaidenberg brings strong analytical skills to her representation of distressed debt investors, technology companies, asset purchasers, and other parties-in-interest. Her practice involves bankruptcy matters in California and Nevada where she represented bankruptcy trustees in high-profile cases.

Born in Odessa, Ukraine, she holds a B.S. in Physics and M.S. in Astronomy from Odessa National University. She graduated cum laude from California Western School of Law in the top 10%, maintaining Dean’s Honors List standing throughout. Fluent in Hebrew, Russian, and Ukrainian, Ms. Zaidenberg is licensed to practice in California and Nevada.
